I locked myself out earlier this week, and needed to get back inside urgently. I called these guys and they were with me within 25mins. They were very friendly and comforting, importantly - they got me back into the apartment in no time. As an Englishman in Paris, I was grateful that they were able to communicate in English, to complement my poor French. Overall, I would recommend them, they are friendly, effective and affordable. Thanks again, Ruben! Best, Ola
